• Children's Ministry

Our kids are pretty amazing!  They are currently on a 3 year journey to go through the Bible from beginning to end, while managing to memorize verses and have fun at the same time.  We have Sunday School for children at 9:30am.  For our worship service at 10:50am, the children start in the main worship service, then are dismissed to go back to their classes before the sermon begins.

  • Youth Ministry

The youth gather together for Bible study on Sunday mornings at 9:30am in the youth building (a portable on the west side of our campus).  They also get together on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm for some fun, prayer, and discussion.

  • Senior Adults

Our ministry for senior adults is called Keenagers.  On the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month, our keenagers get together for lunch, fellowship, a lesson, and some songs from the hymnal!  There is usually some kind of game or raffle, and everybody loves to pick on John, our emcee.

  • Outreach

We have several outreach ministries, including our food pantry for the homeless and the various events we do throughout the year.  Feed the Kids is our ministry to the low-income families at Chelwood Elementary.  We pack food for those students so they have something to eat over the weekend.  Follow the Son is our after-school Bible club at Chelwood.  We are currently averaging more than 30 kids there.

  • Group Bible Studies

Most of our groups meet on Sunday morning at 9:30am and you'll find people calling them "Sunday School classes."  We are starting to launch midweek groups, but there are several on Sunday morning already.  There's also a Sunday School for children (birth to 6th grade) in the children's wing and a youth group (7th-12th grade) in the youth building.  Group Bible Studies provide a place to do things you can't really do in the worship service... ask questions, get to know other people, pray for one another, etc.

  • Transportation

We're blessed to have two buses, which we use to pick up people who wouldn't be able to get to church otherwise.  Each bus comes in handy when we need to get to camps and other events.  Our volunteer drivers are worth their weight in gold!

  • Worship (Music)

If you are musically inclined, we have a choir that sings featured songs now and then.  We're always looking for people who can play instruments and sing in a worship team!  The guys in our sound booth control the audio and the visual presentation of the church on Sunday mornings, which is very important.  They would love to show you the ropes if you are interested in helping.
